Shopping for unseen products can be scary. If you have a request about a product, no matter how specific, we'll try to find the answer. Even if that means tearing apart a box and taking measurements.
Order Status Inquiries
After receipt of your order, we double check stock and reserve your inventory. At that time, a tracking number is generated. We'll email and or text your tracking number, which you can use to track your package.
We almost always ship the same day. Orders after 4pm may be picked up by the carrier the next morning.
If you have a concern, complaint, or generally just displeased, then please let us know. We want to make it right.
